WHAT IS ACADEMY 22?

At Academy 22 our primary focus is player development. Through 1:1 coaching, players are provided with the personalised attention required to be able to advance their football development. We strive to provide attention to detail to best nurture players and break down players’ individual traits within the game of football. Through small group sessions, players are provided tailored training sessions that provide the best chance for development for all members within the group training session.

When a player signs up with Academy 22 our team creates a personalised development program. Academy 22 clients who have seen the best results have paired 1 on 1 session alongside their club football in order to best see the results of their development.

Academy 22 provides players with personalised development programs that best tailor their needs. This is based on the players’ age, ability level, current club level, fitness level, aptitude and preferred playing position. The Academy 22 team thoroughly understands the football landscape and has the knowledge and expertise to provide the correct development environment where players are able to promote themselves within their club.
